Empowering the Next Generation: Initiative of Change Nigeria Hosts “Discover, Inspire & Deploy” Youth Capacity Building Program

In a bold move to equip young Nigerians with the tools for leadership, creativity, and action, Initiative of Change Nigeria is set to host a transformative youth capacity-building initiative titled “Discover, Inspire & Deploy (DID)”. Scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 31st, 2025 by 10:00 AM at the MRA Nigeria Centre, 4 Onitolo Road via Mosley Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, this event promises to be a dynamic blend of learning, empowerment, and engagement.

The DID program is uniquely structured as a two-phase experience—combining classroom interaction with field learning to ensure participants not only gain theoretical knowledge but also acquire practical skills that can be immediately applied in their communities and personal pursuits. The goal is to raise a generation of youth who are not only self-aware but also motivated to inspire others and take action where it counts.

With the theme boldly captured as “Discover, Inspire & Deploy,” the initiative is calling on youth to first discover their unique abilities, inspire their peers and surroundings through intentional living, and finally deploy their skills to solve real-world problems. It is a rallying call to move beyond talk and take bold steps toward societal transformation.
